Selina Mae Return Policy

At Selina Mae, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please review our return policy below to understand your options and the steps to follow.

30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll give all the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us is at your own expense. We understand that returning items internationally, particularly to Asia, can result in high costs.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@selinamae.com.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as: • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants) • Custom products (special orders or personalized items) • Personal care goods (beauty products) • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return Options:

Option 1: Return the Item If you wish to return an item, please ship it to the address provided in the e-mail we send. Remember that shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, which may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Option 2: Keep the Item If returning the item is not feasible, you can keep it and receive a 15% refund of the total value of your order to your original payment method. This option allows you to avoid the high costs associated with international shipping. You may choose to gift the item to friends or family if it is not suitable for your use.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure fast and efficient delivery. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover fulfillment, handling, and transaction costs already incurred.

Please note that once an order has been fully processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
